Since Mourinho's sacking a few weeks ago, Manchester United has improved in terms of form with the new caretaker, Ole Gunnar Solskjær. Ole itself has Manchester United in his DNA knowing he used to play for the club from 1996 - 2007. How can we forget THAT goal that won them the Champions League and Treble in 1999.

Manchester United had gone 5 games undefeated under Ole at the moment. I do believe that Mentality had something to do with the players form. We've seen numerous rumors about Paul Pogba's beef with Mourinho. Even they claimed the reports to be false, but I do think it had something to it.

Football is a team sport, once a player turn against the team, it all goes bad. I'm not saying Paul Pogba is the enemy, but his relationship with Mourinho is one of the main problems that affected the team's mentality.

It's no surprise that Mourinho had a few other beefs with players from past clubs he managed like, Kaka in Real Madrid, and Hazard in Chelsea. Once a player turn against his manager, it's like playing football with 10 men every game.

With Ole giving a positive mentality to the club, it shows an improvement that we are seeing right now. However, one could argue that Manchester United haven't face a "Real" opponent to simply judge their improvements but I'd say, it's a work in progress. They're playing against Spurs this weekend, and let the result be the judge of that.
